Haven Day Spa was founded in 2022 with a simple dream -- to create a place where people could step away from the busyness of life, slow down, and truly feel cared for.
As a family-owned boutique day spa, Haven was built on the belief that self-care is more than a luxury. It's an opportunity to recharge, restore your confidence, and reconnect with yourself in a peaceful, welcoming environment.
What began as a dream for a mother and daughter has grown into a place where our entire family works together to make every client feel at home. Whether you're visiting for a customized facial, therapeutic massage, beautiful nails, or lash extensions, you'll always be greeted with genuine smiles, personalized care, and a relaxing atmosphere.
Our goal is simple: when you walk through our doors, we hope you feel like you've found more than a spa -- we hope you've found your haven.

Hi, I'm Keisha, owner of Haven Day Spa and a Licensed Aesthetician.
My passion for the beauty industry began long before it became my career. From experimenting with makeup and skincare as a little girl to spending three years in my high school's cosmetology program, I quickly discovered that skincare and waxing, specifically brows, were where my heart truly belonged.
After graduating, I continued my education in Aesthetics at Chattanooga State, determined to turn a lifelong dream into reality. For years, I worked toward opening a space where people could relax, feel cared for, and leave with renewed confidence. Today, Haven Day Spa is the realization of that dream.
I believe every client deserves more than just a service -- they deserve an experience. My goal is to create a welcoming environment where you can escape the stresses of everyday life while receiving personalized, results-driven skincare treatments tailored to your unique needs.
I am incredibly grateful to do what I love each day, and I give all the glory to God for guiding every step of this journey.

While I enjoy all things beauty, nails have always held a special place in my heart. I take pride in the relationships I've built with my clients over the years and truly value the trust they place in me to care for their nail health and help them look and feel their best.
I'm a bubbly, people-loving person who believes in making every visit relaxing, fun, and all about you. My greatest reward is seeing you leave happy and confident.

As a certified yoga instructor, I understand the importance of self-care, and I strive to bring that same sense of relaxation and balance into every appointment.

I’ve been a cosmetologist for 13+ years. Started my lash journey 5+ years ago. I fell in love with lashing. Who knew something so simple as eyelash extensions would make such a difference to a woman’s attitude and self confidence? The confidence boost my clients get from realizing they no longer need makeup to leave the house is so empowering! People think lashes are a high maintenance procedure, but in fact they help cutting your getting ready time in half, which makes a huge difference in your morning routines. They’re very versatile, universally flattering, and you can still achieve a natural look with them on. They’re ideal for all types of women, and to be able to wake up looking fresh, vibrant, and awake is priceless to my lovely lash ladies.

Hi, I'm Kat! Over the past four years, I've dedicated myself to building a career centered around helping others feel their best. With the encouragement and support of my family, I've completed extensive education and training, becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist as well as obtaining licensed in cosmetology and manicuring.
While my background spans several areas of the beauty and wellness industry, massage therapy is where I've truly found my passion. I especially enjoy working with deep muscle tension and supporting the nervous system through therapeutic, intentional touch. My goal is to create an experience that allows you to slow down, release tension, and give your body the opportunity to truly rest and reset.
I love incorporating thoughtful touches such as hot towels, hot stones, scalp massage, and lymphatic techniques to make each service feel restorative and personalized. I believe the people who spend their days working hard, caring for others, and carrying the stresses of every day life deserve to be cared for, too.
My faith is an important part of who I am and inspires the peaceful, nurturing environment I hope to create for every person who comes to my table. I want each client to feel comfortable, cared for, and able to simply rest.
